1. Listing on the web site for three months (service beyond three months is $1 per month until your property is sold, taken off the market or listed with a real estate agent or broker). The fee is $195 for the standard package. A Flat fee MLS listing is available for $395 or an additional $250 if upgrading an already purchased FSBO listing.
2. Unlimited real-time changes to your listing. Instantly change your selling price, contact information, description, open house listings, pictures or any other aspect of your listing through convenient user forms on our web site.
3. Fifteen (15) color photographs for your web page.* Pictures may be uploaded by property seller at any time. Pictures may be replaced with new pictures at no cost for those uploading their own pictures.
4. Use of "For Sale By Owner" yard sign with custom telephone number placard while your house is unsold and listed on the web site.
5. For Sale By Owner Guide with loads of information, tips and suggestions on how to sell your house on your own.
6. "Ready-to-Go" printable "Property Fact Sheets" for use with Info-to-Go tubes (which are available for rent).
7. Two "teaser" signs to direct prospects to your house.
8. Spam protected email contact form to prevent web robots from harvesting your email address from our web site.
9. Free use of our prominent, attractive logo in your Sunday newspaper ads. (Maximum of six customers per week. At our discretion, we may also limit total use to three ads per customer). See sample here.

1. MLS LISTING option (available for a total of $395 which includes everything in the $195 standard package).
2. Additional placards (e.g. "Agents Welcome", "Open House", "By Appointment Only", "Brokers Protected", "Owner/Broker") for your yard sign are available for rent for $10 while your house is unsold and listed on the web site.
3. Open house signs are available at $8 per sign.
4. Additional teaser signs beyond the initial two are $8 per sign.
5. Virtual reality tours are available in our delivery area only
6. Info-to-go tubes are available for rent at $10 each.
7. Lock box rental to allow real estate agents access to your property is $100. Available only to those listing on the Southwest Multiple Listing Service.
